How to Create Daily Affirmations for Positive Thinking.
Last week I talked about how writing down your daily affirmations in your morning journal will help your mind search for positivity first thing in the morning.

But what is a positive affirmation and how can you create one?
That is what we will discuss in this blog post today.

What is a Positive Affirmation?
Positive affirmations in layman’s terms are simply positive statements speaking specific goals into existence.
This is a very simple yet extremely powerful exercise.
As I stated last week, our mind is constantly searching for negativity.
If you have a goal, your mind will try to convince you that you can’t do it or that you shouldn’t do it.
Stating positive affirmations daily will help keep you motivated and on track.
Affirmations work by speaking directly to your conscious and subconscious mind.
Used by some of the top entrepreneurs and athletes around the world to help them reach their goals and live the life of their dreams.
So how do you create your own positive affirmation?
Start by being as specific and as brief as possible! You wanna keep this statement short and to the point.
Always start with the word “I AM” and then go into the affirmation to make sure the affirmations are for YOU and not for anyone else.
Some examples of Daily Affirmations
“ I am happy and grateful that I can relax at my beach house in Malibu”.
“I am ecstatic to be walking across the stage to receive my Bachelors Degree in your field”.
“I am so happy that I got this promotion”.
“I am so happy and incredibly humbled to now be making $200,000 a year”.
Repeat your daily affirmations every single day!
You should recite them with the same energy you had when you first wrote them down.
The best times to recite your daily affirmations or early in the morning and at night right before you go to bed.
You can say them in the shower, or look at yourself in the mirror and recite them in the morning.
The goal is to have high energy so that you can motivate yourself every single day to achieve something that you believe in!
