1. Overview

Our Candle Subscription Service offers a convenient way to receive your favorite candles on a recurring basis. Subscribers enjoy exclusive perks such as discounts, early access to new releases, and surprise seasonal scents.

2. Subscription Options

We offer flexible subscription plans:

  • Two Week Plan: One candle every two weeks.
  • Four Week Plan: One candle every four weeks.
  • Six Week Plan: One candle every six weeks.

3. Billing & Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically based on the selected plan.
  • Payments are processed on the same date of each billing cycle.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Candles ship within 5–7 business days after each billing date.
  • Tracking information will be provided via email.
  • We currently ship only within the U.S

5. Subscription Management

  • Subscribers can update their billing info, change plans, or skip a shipment through their account dashboard.
  • Changes must be made at least 3 days before the next billing date to take effect.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Subscribers can cancel anytime after their first billing cycle.
  • Cancellations must be requested at least 3 days before the next billing date.
  • Refunds are not provided for processed orders, but if an issue arises, please contact us for support.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on subscription candles.
  • If your candle arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
